Join us for a deeply relaxing and meditative experience while sound therapist Rosie Warburton, plays a collection of beautiful antique Himalayan singing bowls. After the meditation there will be a short discussion inviting participants to share their experiences and learn why the combination of tones and intervals has such a powerful effect on the mind-body- lowering cortisol levels, activating the “relaxation response” and enhancing the body’s own self-healing mechanisms.
In the words of the late oncologist, Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, “I have never found, as a physician, anything more powerful for patients for producing the sense of inner peace and freedom from stress and anxiety than using sound and voice and music together.”
Cost: $25
This is the first of a series of live in-person sound healing explorations with Rosie Warburton that will be held monthly at the beautiful Mountain Crowns shop in Brasstown, an eclectic one-of-a-kind store where you are invited to release, acknowledge, and welcome your inner goddess.
