In cultures around the world the Winter Solstice is traditionally a time for deep reflection and stillness. This special evening will begin with a short meditation led by Kundalini yoga instructor Jessica Gloor, after which Rosie Warburton will present a Healing Sound Journey. After the Sound Journey there will be time for sharing, grounding and connecting.
Jessica's meditation will attune the body and nervous system to be open to receive the greatest benefit from the powerful frequencies of Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, flutes, gongs, and other instruments.
The Healing Sound Journey is a nurturing and restorative immersion into the waves of sound produced by these magical instruments. The instruments Rosie has chosen for the Sound Journey have the ability to pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind and bring us to a place of deep stillness.
